man rubbing eyes Computer vision syndrome, also referred to as digital eye strain, describes a group of eye and vision related problems that result from prolonged computer, tablet, e-reader, and cell phone use. If you have never had eye problems
before, you may have noticed computer vision syndrome symptoms after extended use of electronic devices.

Signs include:

  • Blurry Vision
  • Eye strain and discomfort
  • Headaches
  • Dry, scratchy eyes
  • Neck and/or shoulder pain
